AAW Mailing: Hartford symposium volunteers needed

Please forward this message to your chapter members.

The AAW needs several volunteers to help with the big auction this June at the Hartford symposium.  We need help with spotters, runners, and checkout.  The spotters should be really excited and animated and outgoing.  The runners will carry the pieces from the review tables to the video area and to the check out area so they need to be very carefull handling the art.  The checkout people need to be aware of how to handle and wrap the art when the buyers check out.

If you will be at the symposium and want to have the most fun of anyone at the symposium and would like to help for the evening, please let me know as soon as possible.
