Chainsaw safety

Chainsaws are scary machines capable of ruining your hobby and forever affecting your life if you make a mistake.  Please be careful out there.  Never operate a chainsaw when you're tired, always protect your eyes and consider a face shield and chaps.  Think about the cut you're going to make.  Ask yourself, "if this kicks back, where is this chainsaw going to go?"  You can remove some of the danger by working with the saw to one side of you instead right in front of you.  We are ordering chainsaw safety videos from to add to our video library in order to further educate ourselves.
